Residential Service Plan
Our NEW plan is like no other! It includes two preventative maintenance checks (Spring and Fall). It comes with priority, VIP service. Each check is a 17 point inspection. You’ll receive a 10% discount on parts* and labor with a spring coil cleaning! When outdoor water access is supplied, this is a water cleaning only. No chemicals are used.
- Check all electrical wiring and connections
- Check refrigerant charge and A/C & heat pump
- Check flame on gas equipment
- Oil motors as needed
- Check draft on gas equipment
- Check temperature ranges
- Check amperages
- Check voltages
- Check defrost cycle on heat pump
- Check thermostat
- Check and flushing drain line
- Drain expansion tank on boiler as needed
- Change filters (provided by customer)
